Unleash the leader in you!

Harvard Youth Leadership Conference, conducted by Harvard mentors, aims to empower high school students like you, transforming them into confident problem-solvers, collaborators, and communicators who will be poised to address global challenges and lead the change of tomorrow.

Throughout the four-day program, students collaborate within mentor-led groups to gain a deep understanding of a pressing global issue, whether it's related to climate change, mental health, poverty, or other critical concerns. They then work on developing a social change project aimed at tackling the identified issue. Upon completion of the program, participants have the opportunity to receive mentorship for an entire year to help them implement their project.

What sets this workshop apart is that our mentors aren't traditional lecturers; instead, they are current Harvard University students who have acquired invaluable experience and training at a young age. They understand what it takes to bring about social change and, equally importantly, they comprehend the unique challenges faced by individuals growing up in the 21st century. As a result, they break down intimidating age-based authority structures and become relatable advisors and friends to you, using a wide range of hands-on activities to foster meaningful connections.

The workshop's popularity is exceptionally high, and it has made its mark around the world, reaching places like Japan, Myanmar, Colorado, Dubai, and Puerto Rico.
